In line with our transition from limited company to charity (CIO) status last year, we have now updated our domain name to strivetalent.org! Don't worry, old links will still work as they will be redirected, but we are excited for a domain name that aligns with our charitable aims and more accurate describes what we're about - talent.
Our website looks... completely different!
If you are reading this (on our snazzy new website), you have probably noticed that our website is a bit fancier than what we used to look like. This facelift is long overdue, and we're excited to have an online home that is as dynamic, fun and awesome as the people behind the organisation.
Membership now works completely differently
We've overhauled STRIVE Membership to be a fun, awesome community. After you are approved as a STRIVE Member, you will receive.a Member ID (which you will need to apply to all our opportunities), and an exclusive invite to the STRIVE Members' Portal, which is a Facebook-style platform where you can exercise all of your Members' perks. This updated system ensures that every single member is genuinely socially mobile, and that we can engage members through frequently providing them with exclusive content and networking events.
An industry-leading system of assessing social mobility
Throughout our last 4 years of operation, we've learnt a thing or two about accurately identifying social mobility in candidates. That's why we've fine-tuned the way we assess social mobility - you can check out our new system at our application form for STRIVE Membership. It might look like a lot of questions, but they all play a crucial role in the industry-leading accuracy of our research-backed system in identifying talent that have the potential to succeed against all odds.
