My experience with STRIVE has been nothing short of transformative. STRIVE has helped me to demystify the alien concept of commercial awareness, perfect the art of writing applications, and most importantly rebuild my confidence. STRIVE attracted me mostly by offering application reviews. There was nothing worse than being rejected at the first hurdle but not knowing why or how to improve. The personalised feedback STRIVE offered, combined with my incredible mentor, Serena, helped to fill this gap.
STRIVE is much more hands on than I expected, and really push you to aim high. Though challenging, it is abundantly clear that the entirety of the STRIVE community want you to succeed and will do everything they can to help you along the way.
