You might know STRIVE from our award-winning open programme, Supernova. Since then, we’ve evolved. Today, STRIVE partners with universities and employers to design and deliver high-impact employability and early-career programmes. This means that generally STRIVE’s workshops are usually closed-door, and our open programmes are no longer available.

That being said, there are still ways to engage with us if you’re an ambitious aspiring professional who is proactive and serious about building an edge.

Attend the STRIVE Quarterly Open House

Although STRIVE usually only delivers closed-door workshops via its partners, 4 times a year we make an exception and bring to you the STRIVE Open House in partnership with a sponsor — a no-fluff session on what it takes to go from searching to hired.

Here are our upcoming sessions:

Date Session
25 June 2026 Converting summer schemes into job offers
19 October 2026 Get ahead as a first-year
18 January 2027 Written Applications Reality Check
22 March 2027 Assessment Centre Intensive

Attendance is by application, invite-only.

Applications open about 2-4 weeks before the event.

Access the strive vault: free resources for students

From our years of experience of nurturing now-trainees and associates at City law firms, we have built up a big database of articles, case studies and resources. Now available to you completely free of charge.

STRIVE works with organisations serious about preparing students for real opportunities.
